Kingās College Hospital London ā UAE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Specialist in Learning & Development (Soft Skills) to champion professional growth and cultivate a culture of excellence across our organization. As a Senior Specialist, you will lead the design and delivery of impactful soft skills training programs that support career development, enhance team collaboration, and improve patient-centered care. Your initiatives will shape the behaviors and mindset that elevate our workforceāensuring that every interaction reflects compassion, clarity, and confidence.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement soft skills learning strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate engaging workshops and coaching sessions in communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored solutions
- Monitor training outcomes and continuously improve learning programs
- Stay updated on L&D best practices, technologies, and trends
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in HR, Education, Psychology or related field
- Minimum of 5 yearsā experience in L&D, with a focus on soft skills development
- Proven expertise in instructional design and facilitation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience within healthcare or hospital settings is a plus
