Job description
Integrating and presenting critical project information sits at the heart of this Senior Project Controls Engineer role, running through until the end of 2026 with the possibility of extension. You lead integrated weekly, monthly and closeout reports, including dashboards and presentations, pulling together cost, schedule and other inputs into one consistent portfolio view. Forecasts, performance measures and reporting calendars all get maintained as part of daily work. Variances and dependencies affecting closeout targets get identified and explained clearly to stakeholders. Submissions get coordinated across contracts, keeping data complete and consistent throughout. Power BI dashboards and Excel analysis tools get developed and maintained to support that reporting. Budget, commitment and funding analysis gets supported alongside the Lead Cost Engineer, while schedule forecasts and tracking get supported alongside the Lead Planner. Cost and schedule substantiation packs get prepared for claims and final accounts. Senior stakeholders rely on this role to work independently and resolve reporting issues as they come up.
