Job description
We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to join the Communication and Partnerships Division of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture Department. The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) is an iconic landmark building, a beacon for knowledge to illuminate, inspire, and catalyze the potential of the Kingdom’s vast talent pool. Ithra is an all-purpose culture destination, and an environment for transformative experiences to unlock the power of potential through mastery in arts, science, literature, and innovation. Your primary role is to develop the brand strategy and oversee all marketing efforts to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing functions and channels. You will be required to develop marketing policies and foresight, oversee and evaluate creative campaigns with audience-first thinking and business ROI, and deliver effective marketing strategies and recommendations.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences
- Track and measure marketing outcomes, including activities, responses, and ROI
- Forecast market trends and identify new opportunities
- Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and products
- Develop business cases for new strategies, budgets, and plans
- Evaluate compatibility of marketing programs with organizational strategy
- Develop creative briefs for various programs and initiatives
- Prepare and supervise promotional materials production
- Develop and implement a sponsorship sales plan to increase revenue
- Develop and manage annual trade show or events
- Manage all sponsorship activities including prospecting, customization, contracts, and support
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in advertising, duty-free marketing, and/or sports sponsorship
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environment
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
