Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Create and manage IT project budgets and maintain budget oversight
• Report to management and stakeholders on project status and progress
• Set up steering committees and manage communication with sponsors and global teams
• Monitor resources and review project performance
• Facilitate conflict resolution and escalate issues where needed
• Ensure completion of training and sign-offs within project timelines
• Manage business deliverables, risks, and milestones
• Perform quality control and ensure deliverables meet standards
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business teams
• Prepare project documentation, training materials, and user manuals
• Facilitate change requests, ensuring impacts on budget and schedule are addressed
• Obtain business acceptance of deliverables and manage satisfaction during transition
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successes and areas of improvement
