The Principal Engagement Manager at Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group (DSG) in Riyadh is a senior strategic advisory role focused on driving digital transformation initiatives across regulated industries including financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharma, and public sector. This position involves partnering with C-suite executives to shape digital experience strategies, define transformation roadmaps, and build value-driven business cases leveraging Adobe’s multi-cloud platform. The role works closely with enterprise sales, consulting teams, and partners to accelerate complex opportunities and position Adobe as a strategic transformation partner. The Principal Engagement Manager combines industry expertise, strategic thinking, and executive engagement skills to deliver high-impact advisory services and drive enterprise-level transformation outcomes.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Partner with C-suite executives across regulated industries to shape digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead executive-level discussions and workshops to define future customer experience visions and transformation roadmaps
- Develop value-based narratives and quantified business cases demonstrating the financial impact of Adobe solutions
- Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to shape and accelerate complex strategic opportunities
- Define “north star” customer experience visions and identify capabilities required for successful transformation
- Provide strategic advisory services across customer experience, digital marketing, and data-driven engagement initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, consulting, product, and partner ecosystems
- Contribute to industry thought leadership and market positioning for Adobe solutions
- Support large-scale enterprise transformation programs across multiple industries
- Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
- Drive alignment between customer business objectives and Adobe platform capabilities
Experience & skills
- Strong experience in digital transformation consulting or enterprise advisory roles
- Industry expertise across financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharma, or public sector
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of customer experience, digital marketing, and data-driven transformation
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing value-based business cases and financial justification models
- Ability to support complex enterprise sales opportunities and transformation initiatives
