Job description
Snowflake is seeking a Commercial Account Executive based in Dubai to help drive revenue growth by acquiring new commercial accounts (employee size up to 500) across the UAE and KSA. This quota-carrying inside sales role involves end-to-end sales cycle ownership, including lead generation, pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, highly organized, experienced in fast-paced tech environments, and skilled at navigating complex sales to VP and C-suite decision-makers. Youâll be responsible for exceeding sales quotas while working in a dynamic, team-oriented, and fun environment.

Key responsibilities
- Research, identify, and generate new opportunities (Commercial accounts with employee size up to 500) on a weekly basis via the phone and web
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
- Strategically build and navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts
- Sell solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
- Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling
- Skillfully deliver web-based presentations using inside sales best practices
- Comfortably sell to VP and C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organizations
- Consistently exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

Experience & skills
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle sales with prior experience closing deals
- Experience in a high-paced tech industry as a new business hunter
- Fluency in Arabic (native-level)
- Experience selling and closing deals in the Commercial segment (employee size up to 500) across the UAE and KSA
- Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills
- Ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients
- Experience with CRM is a plus
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative solutions thinker with attention to detail and flexibility
