Job description
Deloitte is hiring a Manager-level Senior Solution Architect to lead ServiceNow GRC and SecOps implementations for clients in the Middle East, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing and delivering secure, compliant, and robust ServiceNow architectures tailored to client needs in domains such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response. This position is both strategic and technical, responsible for solution design, leading technical teams, integration with third-party systems, and client engagement throughout the lifecycle. Candidates must possess strong technical depth in ServiceNow, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to drive business development, pre-sales, and delivery activities.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow GRC & SecOps implementations including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, BCM, TPRM, Privacy, VR, and SIR.
- Develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with client IT landscapes and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with client domain architects for architectural alignment.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional technical requirements.
- Conduct early discovery sessions and contribute to business case development.
- Lead RFP bid responses from qualification to award, including risk and quality reviews.
- Review project scopes and contribute to commercial estimates.
- Mentor and oversee a team of ServiceNow business analysts, engineers, and testers.
- Lead solution discussions and workshops during pre-/post-implementation.
- Automate GRC processes and integrate with regulatory feeds and IT systems.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with CMDB for scoping and BIA.
- Integrate VR with vulnerability scanners and SIR with SIEM, threat intel, and IAM.
- Review deliverables to ensure high standards of quality and value.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and per requirements.
- Build and maintain client relationships at senior levels.
- Remain updated on latest ServiceNow platform features and roadmap.
- Lead documentation efforts including HLDs, LLDs, and playbooks.
- Drive business development through proposals, demos, and client pursuits.
- Provide post-implementation technical and operational support.
- Support team KPIs for financial and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams across the Middle East and Deloitte member firms.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of technology implementation experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow with GRC and SecOps.
- Experience with Big 4 or top consulting firms preferred.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity and compliance solution architecture.
- Leadership experience in technical teams and IRM/BCM/security operations projects.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
- Certified Implementation Specialist for ServiceNow GRC and SecOps.
- Additional cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM) or ITIL are advantageous.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases.
- High integrity and professional work ethic.
