Job description
The Cyber Security Strategy Manager at Accenture in Riyadh is responsible for shaping client security postures by delivering strategic guidance, conducting assessments, developing comprehensive cyber security strategies, and leading large-scale security transformations. The role requires experience with governance frameworks, risk management practices, compliance requirements, and security standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. Responsibilities involve client engagement, vulnerability identification, recommending improvements, designing and implementing security programs, overseeing deployment of security technologies, and providing thought leadership by tracking emerging cyber threats and trends. The position includes mentoring teams of security consultants, managing complex projects under pressure, supporting business development through proposals and client presentations, and identifying new business opportunities. The work spans digital, cloud, and security domains across multiple industries within Accentureās global professional services ecosystem.

- Lead client engagements, manage relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Conduct assessments to understand client security environments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements
- Develop comprehensive cyber security strategies aligned with industry needs, business objectives, and risk appetite
- Advise on governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements
- Lead the design and implementation of security programs and initiatives
- Oversee the deployment of security technologies and practices to protect critical assets and data
- Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to new security offerings and methodologies
- Manage and mentor security consultants and analysts

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential clients
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Bring 8ā10 years of experience in cyber security, including 3ā5 years in a managerial role
- Possess CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certifications (preferred)
- Demonstrate proven experience developing and implementing cyber security strategies
- Show strong understanding of security frameworks and standards including ISO 27001 and NIST
- Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
- Have familiarity with security technologies and solutions
