Job description
Energy is a strategic priority for Oliver Wyman, and its Energy and Natural Resources team in Dubai and Riyadh is still at a development stage. Clients include leading companies and government entities across Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power & Water, Environment and Mining & Metals, facing both strategic and operational challenges. Complex problems get broken into discrete tasks, and junior consultants look to you to point their effort at the elements that matter. Planning and executing analysis, then finding the core issues that shape recommendations, is the heart of the work. Much of the time is spent side by side with clients and project teams, managing small teams to move projects forward. Entrepreneurial work is encouraged, with room to grow quickly and share in the team's success. Candidates bring 4 to 5 years of relevant experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a leading Energy company, with specific consulting or operating experience in the sector. An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program is required. Fluent English and willingness to travel are both needed, and Arabic is a plus.
