Job description
The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a vital role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan while driving operational excellence. As a Sales Excellence Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for running Sales Excellence across the Enterprise segment and all solution areas. This role involves owning the Rhythm of Business (ROB), supporting Sub Leaders in managing the health of the business, and guiding sales leaders on methodologies, pipeline management, and execution discipline. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver predictable revenue growth and sustainable sales performance, while also driving transformation initiatives and supporting fiscal planning.

Key responsibilities
- Run Sales Excellence for the Saudi Sub, Enterprise, across all solution areas
- Support execution of predictable revenue and consumption growth by segment/solution area aligned with Microsoft sales methodology standards
- Drive and guide consistent sales excellence discipline, governance, and partner insights within Enterprise in Saudi
- Implement evolving and new Microsoft Sales strategies, processes and objectives to drive sustainable growth and improved sales performance
- Partner with segment leads, Finance, Business and Sales Operations (BSO/SOPM) on fiscal year planning workstreams requiring sales excellence support
Experience & skills
- 8+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, or consulting
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years managing projects including planning, managing timelines, tracking progress, and/or change management experience
