Job description
Dubai Holding Entertainment, a major entertainment, tourism, and leisure group in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Assistant Manager â Talent Acquisition to support recruitment operations across its portfolio of destinations and attractions, including Ain Dubai, Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resortsâ˘, Coca-Cola Arena, Roxy Cinemas, The Green Planet, Arabian Radio Network, and MPN. The role supports strategic and senior hiring initiatives, POD role recruitment, and end-to-end talent acquisition execution in alignment with Dubai Holding Entertainmentâs workforce planning and talent strategy. The position involves coordinating with third-party recruitment consultants, guiding line managers on job descriptions and competency identification, supporting senior-level recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and manpower plans. The role contributes to employer branding initiatives, Emiratization planning, diversity and gender balance reporting, internal mobility, recruitment metrics tracking, and data preparation for dashboards and audits, while collaborating with HRBPs, Group Services, IT, Marketing, and external and internal auditors.

Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment operations for strategic hires and POD roles across Dubai Holding Entertainment
- Coordinate and negotiate with third-party recruitment consultants and agencies to ensure long-term sourcing partnerships
- Guide and upskill line managers in job description writing, competency identification, capability assessment, and JD approval through Compensation and Benefits
- Support the Director of Talent Acquisition in recruitment execution including candidate outreach, assessments, and interview scheduling for senior roles
- Collaborate with Group Services recruitment and onboarding teams to align recruitment processes and ensure smooth candidate transitions
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to support recruitment planning and candidate selection activities
- Identify, propose, and support implementation of new recruitment tools, platforms, and process improvements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for senior-level and future hiring needs
- Assist in implementing talent acquisition initiatives aligned with workforce planning and talent strategy
- Support development and execution of a UAE National Talent Acquisition and Emiratization plan
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics related to diversity, gender balance, Emiratization, and talent quality
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, EVP integration, career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and branding events
- Support internal mobility by identifying and tracking internal candidates for open roles
- Ensure recruitment compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and approved manpower plans
- Prepare recruitment data, dashboards, and reports for strategic decision-making and audits
- Coordinate with IT on recruitment system improvements and issue resolution
- Support external and internal audit processes by providing recruitment, training, and employee engagement data
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Possess 3â6 years of relevant talent acquisition or recruitment experience
- Demonstrate working knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements
- Hold or pursue professional HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM as an advantage
