Job description
The Retail Banking Officer – Multiproducts at Emirates NBD is responsible for driving sales of the bank’s retail offerings, including Credit Cards, Personal Finance, and Bank Accounts. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with approved employers. Officers are expected to deliver exceptional customer service, cross-sell other retail banking products, and ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and service standards. The position combines sales execution with relationship building to support the bank’s retail growth strategy across the UAE.

Key responsibilities
- Sell retail banking products such as Credit Cards, Personal Finance, and Bank Accounts to new and existing customers
- Identify and onboard new companies to the bank’s approved employer list and grow relationships to increase product penetration
- Cross-sell other retail banking products to maximize revenue and profitability
- Provide accurate product information and ensure customers receive the best service experience
- Adhere to Emirates NBD’s policies, procedures, and service quality standards
- Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and report insights to management
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain professionalism while representing the bank in external sales and promotional activities
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and customer onboarding are executed accurately and efficiently
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or retail sales (preferably within UAE or GCC)
- Strong selling, marketing, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of banking systems and retail financial products
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Team player with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets
- Graduate or equivalent qualification (MBA/BBA preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage
