Job description
J&J's Oncology team works toward eliminating cancer by finding new pathways and treatments, and this Senior Product Manager role leads that portfolio's business results across the Gulf. Working closely with EMEA, you'll keep Gulf country strategy aligned with regional direction while owning market share, patient share and business plan targets. Cross functional value team collaboration sits at the center of the job, built through leadership that doesn't rely on formal authority. Launch strategy for new brands, indications and pipeline products also falls here, alongside coaching and mentoring product specialists and sharing best practice across the organization. Tracking healthcare developments, competitor activity and third party data feeds directly into the portfolio strategy, along with customer research and data analysis across macro, regulatory, cultural, medical and technological trends. Value propositions get built from a close understanding of what customers actually want, then tested and validated with the wider team before they shape brand positioning and marketing plans. You'll lead portfolio management through analysis and cross functional working, shape business cases, and identify the key performance indicators that measure whether an initiative succeeds. Agency briefings, external partnerships and brand spend all sit within scope too, alongside building the internal messaging that keeps stakeholders aligned on strategy.
