Job description
The Commercial Account Executive (UAE National) at Deliveroo in Dubai supports restaurant partners by assisting Account Managers in day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and reporting. The role involves reviewing account menus and tags, executing sprints on multiple KPIs, mass calling brands to activate them for ads and discount packages, and supporting strategic projects led by segment leads. The executive contributes to operational improvements, data collection and analysis, and ensures smooth coordination across campaigns and partner accounts. This position requires UAE nationality with valid UAE passport/family book and operates within Deliveroo's technology-driven marketing and operations framework, now integrated with DoorDash for global scale.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with ad-hoc tasks including menu edits, campaign detail input, uploading offers, and ad activation
- Support projects by reviewing account menus and menu tags and actioning sprints across multiple KPIs
- Pull and analyze data for daily, weekly, or monthly assessments to support growth and operational improvements
- Assist segment leads with strategic projects including data entry and progress tracking
- Conduct mass calling of brands to activate them for ads and discount packages
- Communicate potential improvements to operational KPIs to relevant stakeholders
- Support overall account management processes and contribute to effective campaign execution
- Collaborate with team members and segment leads to ensure data accuracy and task completion
Experience & skills
