Job description
Permanent establishment, double taxation, treaties, withholding tax and tax structuring are the everyday subjects for this Consultant / Senior Consultant in EY's International Tax & Transaction Services (ITTS) practice in Dubai. The role is advisory, helping clients understand the regional and international tax implications of their operations under the relevant codes and jurisdictions. Corporate tax impact assessments and inbound and outbound investment questions also feature heavily. Engagements are technically complex, so accuracy and practical judgement both matter. Leads and opportunities move between you and other parts of the tax practice and the wider EY network. Practice development is part of the job too, through internal training, precedents, knowhow sharing, presentations and published articles. Junior team members look to you for mentoring and day-to-day direction. Expect to bring 4 or more years of client-facing international tax advisory experience and a relevant bachelor's degree, with ADIT, ATT, ACCA, CPA, CA, LLB or a relevant master's, and Arabic, all advantages.
