Snap Inc., a technology company focused on empowering communication through products including Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its Sales team in Dubai. The role involves managing and growing senior-level client relationships, analyzing and optimizing digital campaign performance, and strategically planning branded and performance video campaigns across Snapchat’s advertising ecosystem. The Senior Account Manager will lead complex platform workstreams, collaborate with account executives, creative strategists, and cross-functional teams, and guide KPI-driven measurement strategies to deliver measurable ROI. Responsibilities include leading product update discussions, educating brands and agencies on Snap’s advertising products, advising on best practices, and increasing adoption of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools. The role requires deep understanding of advertising performance metrics, media management in biddable auction environments, and expertise in programmatic advertising and real-time bidding marketplaces. The Senior Account Manager will analyze datasets using advanced Excel, identify performance trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend upsell opportunities. The role also includes developing best-in-class case studies, onboarding account managers, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must have experience in the digital media industry, performance marketing, brand marketing, ad-tech environments, and strong understanding of brand strategy, product attributes, and competitive positioning. The role follows Snap Inc.’s 'Default Together' policy requiring in-office collaboration 4+ days per week, operating within a fast-paced environment with a focus on measurable results, campaign performance optimization, and digital advertising innovation.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners by managing senior-level stakeholder engagement, delivering strategic guidance, and supporting long-term client success across Snapchat advertising campaigns.
- Lead product update discussions and educate brands and agencies on Snap’s new and existing advertising products while advising on best practices to optimize campaign performance and deliver innovative digital campaigns.
- Partner with account executives and creative strategists throughout the RFP process to develop insight-driven branded and performance video campaigns delivering measurable ROI and strategic value.
- Analyze campaign performance data using advanced Excel and dataset analysis to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend upsell opportunities.
- Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based advertising tools while providing technical support and real-time performance analysis.
- Lead complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders while managing multiple work streams and campaign initiatives.
- Onboard and mentor account managers and account specialists by sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Develop best-in-class case studies and implement test-and-learn strategies to continuously optimize advertising campaign performance across categories.
Experience & skills
- Obtain BS/BA degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent professional experience in digital media industry.
- Demonstrate minimum 5+ years experience analyzing complex datasets, evaluating success metrics, and creating data-driven insights for campaign optimization.
- Show experience working with clients to understand brand strategy, product attributes, competitors, and business challenges while delivering short- and long-term strategies.
- Possess experience in digital media industry including performance marketing, brand marketing, ad-tech platforms, and programmatic advertising in real-time bidding environments.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing datasets and advertising performance metrics.
- Show deep understanding of media management within biddable auction advertising environments and self-service digital advertising platforms.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Exhibit knowledge of Snapchat advertising products with proven track record delivering quota targets and maintaining client relationships.
