Job description
Tabby is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across its B2C buy now, pay later offerings. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fintech or e-commerce, who thrives on blending customer insights with strategic positioning, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Youâll be instrumental in translating complex product features into clear, engaging assets and narratives that resonate with users, while working cross-functionally with product, marketing, CX, and design teams. This is a hands-on, hybrid position based in the UAE, offering a unique opportunity to shape Tabby's continued expansion across the region.

Key responsibilities
- Understand customers and competitive landscape using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Define and own positioning, value propositions, segmentation and channel strategy.
- Develop concise and compelling marketing assets, including explainer videos, landing pages, and CRM messaging.
- Collaborate across teams to execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new feature or product launches.
- Support marketing campaigns through tactical executionâcopywriting, buying media, or customer interviews.
- Drive experiments across channels and product features to uncover growth levers.
- Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor movements to guide product marketing strategy.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent product communication and engagement.
Experience & skills
- 3â5 years in B2C product marketing, ideally within a high-growth fintech or e-commerce company.
- Track record of successful product/brand launches with measurable impact.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
- Ability to create detailed project plans and drive timelines to completion.
- Comfortable with data analysis and identifying actionable insights.
- Excellent English writing skills; Arabic is a bonus.
- Experience in content creation across multiple media types.
