Job description
Based in Dubai, the Senior Partnership Manager for Amazon MENA Payments leads growth and execution for UAE payments across acceptance and co-branded card programs, operating at the intersection of internal leadership/stakeholders and external ecosystems (banks, card schemes, and third-party partners). The role manages the UAE acceptance charter (acquiring and alternative payment methods), drives card acquisition and usage by upholding and innovating long-term customer value propositions and rewards affinity, lowers cost of payments, and steers 3P partnerships and program execution/health. Responsibilities span defining and running seasonal or purpose-driven campaigns, collecting partner feedback and insights to drive actionable improvements, tracking program health and budget utilization, conducting structured business reporting to internal and partner leaderships, and defining monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans. The position collaborates closely with product, marketing, operations, finance, legal, policy, safety, and regional teams to deliver scalable processes and measurable outcomes, using data to surface insights, define metrics, pressure-test assumptions, and inform decisions as digital payments adoption accelerates across MENA. The remit includes shaping acceptance strategy, managing partner relationships, executing agreements, and ensuring Amazonās payment experiences remain trusted, simple, affordable, and growth-focused in the UAE market.
