Job description
The National HOD Business Manager at Nestlé Waters in Riyadh is responsible for driving the overall performance and growth of the HOD business across Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role oversees the end-to-end operations and sales execution, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and long-term strategic goals. The role requires close oversight of operational processes, resource allocation, and headcount management to optimize route capacity, enhance service delivery, and achieve annual growth, EBITDA, and acquisition targets. The manager plays a key role in creating synergies across Operations, Customer Service, and Events teams to improve the company’s service quality, brand image, and demand generation. They are accountable for monitoring daily operational activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and productivity. The manager also ensures the application of KPIs across all teams, including Sales, Operations, Call Center, and First Delivery, and leads performance appraisals to drive individual and team success. Additionally, this role involves controlling operational budgets, reducing costs, ensuring safety and security compliance in all sites, and managing customer complaints that require personal involvement to guarantee satisfaction. The National HOD Business Manager acts as a bridge between senior management and operational teams, driving a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement, while ensuring that all initiatives support sustainable business expansion in alignment with Nestlé standards.

Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for HOD Operations and Sales departments to ensure growth alignment with company goals
- Set individual targets linked to company objectives for all subordinates
- Apply and monitor predetermined KPIs for Operations, Sales, Call Center, and First Delivery teams
- Create synergies between Operations and Customer Service/Events teams to enhance service quality and demand
- Monitor daily operational activities to maximize efficiency
- Develop, lead, and motivate the operations and sales teams to achieve targets and improve productivity
- Conduct performance appraisals for all subordinates
- Handle customer complaints requiring personal involvement to ensure satisfaction
- Review and revise monthly commissions for Sales and Operations teams
- Control and monitor operations budgets including truck maintenance and sales expenses to ensure cost efficiency
- Reduce team members’ annual leave balances in line with preset annual targets
- Ensure Safety & Security standards implementation and improvement across all sites per Nestlé compliance
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive commercial sales experience in FMCG or Beverages
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and MS Excel
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Saudi Driving License and flexibility to travel nationally
