Job description
ADNOC Logistics & Services runs the dedicated maritime logistics arm for ADNOC Group, and this Marine Operations Manager role leads the safe, reliable and cost-effective execution of Petroleum Ports Operations across the fleet. Fleet readiness, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction all sit under this role, aligned with ADNOC L&S strategic objectives and driven by continuous improvement and digital transformation. You'll coordinate and apply best practice in PPO management, providing daily direction for Stations and fleet while ensuring vessel management complies with local and international regulations, OPCO and port requirements, client expectations and the Company Integrated Management System, ISM Code and ISO requirements. HSE, compliance and risk sit close to the center of the job too, ensuring marine operations align with the Company Integrated Management System, ISO requirements, STCW, IMO and applicable marine standards, and supporting investigations into accidents, incidents and non-conformities. New builds, replacements, upgrades and fleet expansion initiatives round out the asset side of the job, from specification reviews and technical evaluations through shipyard coordination and vessel acceptance. Vessel lifecycle and asset condition get monitored to support modernization and sustainable fleet performance, feeding into business cases for acquisitions, major upgrades and capital projects. A Master Mariner Certificate of Competency, STCW 95 II/2 Unlimited or equivalent recognized marine qualification is required, along with at least 15 years of experience across the Marine and Offshore Industry, including significant time in marine operations, fleet management or vessel assurance.
