Job description
The Territory Manager role at Veeam is responsible for driving new business sales and expanding commercial account penetration across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and key accounts in Bahrain. Veeam is a global market leader in data resilience, delivering solutions across data backup, recovery, portability, security, and intelligence for over 550,000 customers worldwide. The role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business directly and through partner networks, while generating and maintaining a strong sales pipeline as part of daily operations. The position manages a portfolio of commercial accounts, executes upsell and cross-sell strategies within the existing customer base, and develops territory engagement plans for large customers. The role includes revenue forecasting, activity reporting, coordination of regional marketing initiatives, and frequent in-territory engagement with customers and partners, including weekly meetings split between Eastern Province and Bahrain. The position operates in a remote work model with significant travel requirements and requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong knowledge of IT infrastructure environments, and experience selling data protection, cloud, virtualization, or SaaS solutions in fast-paced, high-growth markets.

Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities directly and through partner networks
- Drive new business sales across a portfolio of commercial accounts in Eastern Province Saudi Arabia and Bahrain
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline as part of daily sales activities
- Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies within the existing customer base
- Develop territory plans and engagement strategies for the largest customers
- Forecast revenue and report on territory performance and sales activities
- Propose, coordinate, and participate in regional marketing activities
- Conduct regular in-person meetings across Eastern Province and Bahrain
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within Eastern Province Saudi Arabia and Bahrain
- Show a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets for at least 3 years
- Exhibit strong sales forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
- Demonstrate experience selling to commercial, medium, or enterprise organizations
- Have exposure to virtualization, cloud, or SaaS vendors as an advantage
- Demonstrate experience selling to IT infrastructure specialists and engaging C-level stakeholders as an advantage
- Be fluent in Arabic and English
- Be comfortable traveling at least 50% of the time
