Job description
Finance processes that still run on manual effort are the target for this Manager in Dubai, who leads transformation, automation and digitalisation across the function. SAP implementation, upgrades and migrations are a central part of that work, from translating business requirements into functional solutions through UAT and deployment. SOPs, stronger controls and standardised processes follow each change. Working alongside the Senior Financial Controller, you will build business cases and financial models using ROI, NPV and IRR, and prepare Board presentations and executive summaries. Audit coordination falls here too, tracking internal and external audit observations to closure and reporting risk updates to senior management. KPI dashboards in Power BI or SAP Analytics cover AP, AR, GL, Treasury, FP&A, Working Capital and Compliance, with MIS reporting automated wherever possible. Consultants, auditors and implementation partners are managed directly, and change management and training help teams adopt new systems. The profile calls for a Chartered Accountant who qualified on the first attempt, with 8 to 10 years of experience and strong SAP ERP implementation or upgrade exposure.
