Job description
The Power Platform Developer designs, develops, and deploys end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The role requires deep expertise in Canvas Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power BI, and SQL Server to build secure, scalable, reliable, data-driven applications. Key mandates include designing and implementing Canvas Apps that improve user experience and productivity; building, deploying, and maintaining Power Automate flows for repetitive tasks and approvals; integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server; troubleshooting and debugging functional and technical issues in Power Apps and Power Automate to ensure minimal business disruption; optimizing application performance through responsiveness monitoring, best practices, and high availability; maintaining comprehensive documentation covering application architecture, security controls, integrations, and performance improvements to support governance; and ensuring data security and compliance by managing roles, permissions, and secure data access in line with organizational policies. The positionās KPIs center on process efficiency, solution reliability, and documentation and security rigor aligned with enterprise standards.

- Design, develop, and implement Canvas Apps to streamline business processes, improve user experience, and enhance productivity
- Build, deploy, and maintain Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and enable seamless approvals across departments
- Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable data-driven applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues in Power Apps and Power Automate to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption
- Optimize application performance by monitoring responsiveness, applying best practices, and ensuring high availability with minimal downtime
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of application architecture, security controls, integrations, and performance improvements to support governance
- Ensure data security and compliance by managing roles, permissions, and secure data access in line with organizational policies
Experience & skills
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelorās preferred)
- Demonstrate minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Show expertise with Canvas Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power BI, and SQL Server
- Apply knowledge of RPA concepts and principles
