Job description

The Power Platform Developer designs, develops, and deploys end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The role requires deep expertise in Canvas Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power BI, and SQL Server to build secure, scalable, reliable, data-driven applications. Key mandates include designing and implementing Canvas Apps that improve user experience and productivity; building, deploying, and maintaining Power Automate flows for repetitive tasks and approvals; integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server; troubleshooting and debugging functional and technical issues in Power Apps and Power Automate to ensure minimal business disruption; optimizing application performance through responsiveness monitoring, best practices, and high availability; maintaining comprehensive documentation covering application architecture, security controls, integrations, and performance improvements to support governance; and ensuring data security and compliance by managing roles, permissions, and secure data access in line with organizational policies. The position’s KPIs center on process efficiency, solution reliability, and documentation and security rigor aligned with enterprise standards.
