Job description
The Qiddiya City Unreal Engine model links GIS, BIM and IMS data into a real-time view that guides development decisions across the program. Keeping that virtual city accurate is the job of this Senior Manager within Design Excellence, part of the Central Development Unit (CDU) in Riyadh. Technical oversight and quality control of digital assets come first, making sure every model that integrates BIM, GIS and engineering data meets the agreed technical standards and file structures. External consultants and designers submit model updates regularly, and you evaluate their quality before they go any further. Standards for digital modelling are yours to write, implement and enforce, along with the workflows and documentation that support compliance. When integration or modelling problems appear, troubleshooting them falls to this role. A team reports in, so setting direction, giving feedback and supporting people through change all matter, as does acting on Stop Work authority under the Safety First value. At least 7 years building real-time 3D applications in Unreal Engine or other virtual production pipelines, with architectural visualisation experience, is required.
