Job description
The Senior Manager - Finance at Amrak Facilities Management Company, a subsidiary of RSG, is responsible for leading financial control and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies. Based at the Red Sea site, this role oversees the implementation and maintenance of financial control systems, timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and variance analysis against forecasts and budgets. The position requires managing AP/AR functions, coordinating with external auditors, and conducting internal audits to assess and strengthen financial controls. The manager will prepare accurate financial reports and presentations, providing senior management with insightful analysis and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, driving cost reduction, and enhancing productivity through process optimization. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment of financial management with organizational objectives. Candidates must hold a professional finance qualification (CPA, SOCPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA), bring at least 8 years of experience (with 2–3 years in operational organizations), and demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Cloud Analytics, and advanced Excel.

Key responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of financial control processes ensuring IFRS compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting
- Review and analyze financial results, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
- Prepare accurate financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to internal financial policies and controls
- Liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and resolve findings
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, systems, and reporting
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and operations for financial alignment with organizational goals
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering skill enhancement and high performance
- Communicate financial results and KPIs clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant functional policies, processes, and SOPs
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Commerce
- Professional accounting/finance qualification (CPA, SOCPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA)
- 8+ years of total experience, including 2–3 years in an operational organization
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC) preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles
- Proven track record in financial control and reporting best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Excel skills and financial data analysis capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Attention to detail and ability to provide actionable financial insights
