Job description
The Executive – Property Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties in Dubai. The role ensures efficient property performance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, the executive coordinates maintenance, vendor services, and internal stakeholders to maintain asset value and operational excellence. The position supports budgeting, reporting, and asset improvement initiatives while ensuring smooth tenant onboarding and exit processes. The role contributes to delivering high-quality property management services aligned with organizational objectives.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and ensure adherence to property procedures.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and support expense control activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (PDD, Legal, Leasing, and others) to ensure aligned asset management outcomes.
- Support implementation of asset improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility services with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed condition reports.
- Manage service contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare operational, financial, and occupancy reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve tenant complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes in accordance with established procedures.
Experience & skills
- Experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial property operations.
- Ability to manage vendors, service contracts, and maintenance activities effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good financial awareness with budgeting and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of local legal, safety, and regulatory requirements related to property management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
