Job description
The Specialist – Data Quality & Reporting is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of HR data across all systems within AD Ports Group’s diverse business clusters. The role focuses on maintaining high data quality standards, supporting HR reporting requirements, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The specialist leverages advanced reporting tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and HR analytics methodologies to deliver actionable insights to HR leadership and business partners. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the role requires strong expertise in HR data management, HR reporting best practices, and data governance compliance. The position involves monitoring HR data across HRIS platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday, conducting data audits, performing validations and reconciliations, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The specialist develops dashboards, generates headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll-related reports, and analyzes trends to support management decisions. The role also collaborates with Digital and IT teams to support HRIS enhancements, testing system changes, validating outputs, and ensuring proper data entry and integrity. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with data governance standards, maintains documentation of data processes and definitions, supports internal and external audits, and provides guidance to stakeholders including HR Shared Services and HR Business Partners. The specialist identifies opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and digitalization initiatives, ensuring HR data remains a trusted asset and supporting operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data across all HR systems by implementing data quality management processes and validation controls
- Perform regular data audits, validations, and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, controls, validation rules, and governance frameworks for HR data management
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports including headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll-related data to support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards using reporting tools to provide insights on key HR metrics and workforce trends
- Support management reporting requirements by delivering accurate and timely HR analytics and performance insights
- Support HR systems including Oracle, SAP, Workday, or other HRIS platforms to ensure proper data entry and system data integrity
- Collaborate with Digital and IT teams to implement system enhancements, test system changes, and validate data outputs
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards, policies, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory frameworks
- Maintain documentation of data processes, reports, definitions, and audit trails for governance and compliance purposes
- Support internal and external audits related to HR data and reporting accuracy
- Provide guidance to HR Shared Services and HR Business Partners on data entry standards and reporting requirements
- Support training initiatives and awareness programs related to data quality and reporting practices
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automate reporting processes, and enhance digital reporting capabilities
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives and implementation of reporting and analytics tools
Experience & skills
- Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field with Master’s degree preferred
- Demonstrate minimum 5+ years of experience in HR data management, reporting, and analytics functions
- Possess advanced experience working with HRIS platforms including Oracle, SAP, Workday or similar systems
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Apply data quality management, auditing, and validation techniques to maintain HR data accuracy
- Utilize SQL or similar query languages for data extraction, analysis, and reporting tasks
- Hold Certified HR Analytics Professional certification preferred
- Hold Oracle HRIS Certification preferred
- Demonstrate experience supporting data governance, compliance requirements, and audit processes
- Demonstrate ability to support system testing, reporting validation, and data integrity initiatives
- Possess written and spoken English proficiency with Arabic language preferred
- Demonstrate experience delivering training and supporting data quality awareness initiatives
