Job description
The Talent Acquisition Executive at Minimalist.ae is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for the company’s growing retail and fashion teams in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, drafting job descriptions for new roles, posting job advertisements across portals and social media, sourcing candidates through multiple channels including databases, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing, and conducting initial CV screenings and interviews. The position includes coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting reference checks, preparing offer letters, managing candidate communication, and obtaining offer sign-off and required onboarding documentation. The Talent Acquisition Executive conducts corporate induction sessions, ensures compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, and oversees PRO responsibilities including visa and permit acquisition. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, with Arabic fluency and PRO experience considered advantageous. The role also includes maintaining a recruitment tracker with timely weekly updates and supporting the growth of Minimalist.ae’s workforce in line with company expansion objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through onboarding for all company roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and draft accurate, role-specific job descriptions
- Draft and post job advertisements across job portals and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Source candidates through internal databases, professional networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates for hiring manager evaluation
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and conduct reference checks as part of the selection process
- Prepare offer letters, communicate terms to candidates, obtain offer sign-off, and manage required onboarding documentation
- Conduct corporate induction sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
- Maintain and update recruitment tracker on a weekly basis to monitor recruitment progress
- Oversee PRO responsibilities, including visa and permit acquisition, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple hiring processes concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is highly preferred
- Familiarity with UAE visa and permit processes; prior PRO experience considered advantageous
- Experience in drafting job descriptions, posting advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding
- Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Competence in candidate communication, coordination with hiring managers, and conducting corporate induction sessions
- Understanding of UAE labor laws and regulatory compliance in recruitment and onboarding
