Job description
The Senior Specialist – HR Governance & Systems at DP World in Dubai is responsible for ensuring governance of HR policies, coordinating policy reviews to align with internal developments and legal regulations, and developing or amending People Department Procedures based on audit outcomes. This role provides support during internal and external HR audits by maintaining and updating Organizational Development records. The role involves preparing various People Department reports using MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. It serves as the point of contact for HR systems development, approves system customization requirements, and ensures timely delivery of technical expectations. The incumbent manages content updates on the HR intranet/portal, oversees a system analyst’s performance and KPIs, and monitors the quality of Oracle Fusion HR content. The role requires expertise in job classification and may involve job evaluation using methods such as Hays. Additional responsibilities include supporting ad-hoc projects related to People Department operations and strategy.

Experience & skills
- Graduate/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
- 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Broad understanding of organizational job structures
- Knowledge of job classification and broad banding techniques
- Experience with Hays Job Evaluation or similar methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Experience in HR systems governance and customization
