Job description
As a Marketing Coordinator for our Dubai office, you will support the implementation of an integrated marketing program to enhance Kearney’s brand profile and commercial effectiveness across the Middle East. You will collaborate with global and regional marketing teams, manage content creation and adaptation, coordinate media relations, and contribute to digital and social media campaigns. The role offers exposure to various practices and stakeholders, helping you grow your marketing, communication, and project management skills.

- Support delivery of integrated practice marketing programs to raise brand visibility across target audiences.
- Contribute to creation and adaptation of client-focused marketing content.
- Support local market profile raising and coordinate media opportunities with PR agency.
- Coordinate local content production and localization of global content across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams, vendors, and internal departments for marketing initiatives.
- Support social media strategy and digital engagement campaigns for regional and global channels.
- Build social media advocates within the organization to promote employee advocacy.
- Coordinate with global digital team for website updates including leader profiles and campaigns.
- Manage design requirements and liaise with designers to create digital marketing assets.
Experience & skills
- University degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or business.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or corporate institutions.
- Experience with both online and offline marketing including digital, PR, social media, and events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and online marketing campaign tools.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, InterAction, Vuture) is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and work across international teams.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
