Job description
The Manager ā Digital Marketing is responsible for leading and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies across all digital channels to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role plays a key part in transforming the bankās digital presence by managing ROI-focused campaigns, overseeing paid and organic digital activities, optimizing web and app analytics, and ensuring Shariah-compliant content. The manager also leads external agencies and internal stakeholders in delivering digital-first experiences while tracking campaign performance and continuously improving customer lifetime value through marketing automation and customer journey optimization.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals for all digital platforms
- Increase digital customer acquisition and engagement rates
- Grow website and app traffic through targeted campaigns
- Improve conversion rates for digital banking products
- Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, search, display, and programmatic
- Ensure adherence to Shariah-compliant advertising and regulatory standards
- Leverage data analytics to track performance and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Oversee content planning and growth across social media platforms
- Use GA4, Tag Manager, and heat maps to provide insights and recommend improvements
- Lead external agencies on media buying, creative development, and digital production
- Collaborate with IT for CRM, marketing automation tools, and customer journey enhancement
- Monitor key performance indicators such as bounce rate, session time, and engagement rate
- Develop and implement training and SOPs for internal teams and vendors
- Manage digital marketing budget and optimize campaign spend for ROI
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) preferred
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media and content marketing
- Proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot
- Experience with CMS tools like Sitecore and WordPress
