Job description
The Senior Manager, Social Media Analytics leads the full social analytics function at Huda Beauty, overseeing performance measurement across all social media platforms and driving insight-led decision-making to enhance engagement, brand equity, and business impact. The role manages a team of analysts, develops the analytics roadmap, and partners with senior leadership across Social, Brand, Paid Media, Creative, Influencer, PR, and E-commerce to ensure all content and campaigns are optimized using data. Responsibilities include overseeing dashboard creation and reporting, producing weekly, monthly, and campaign-based insights, managing social listening programs using tools such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, and Brandwatch, and conducting trend identification, competitive intelligence, and benchmark analyses. The role defines success metrics, evaluates campaign ROI, integrates organic and paid performance data, and develops audience insights using behavioral, demographic, and psychographic analysis. The position requires translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and fostering a data-first culture across the organization.

- Act as the primary analytics partner for senior leadership across Social, Brand, and Paid Media
- Oversee creation of dashboards and reports consolidating multi-platform social data
- Deliver recurring performance reports with actionable insights
- Translate data into strategic recommendations influencing content and media decisions
- Lead social listening efforts using tools such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, or Brandwatch
- Identify social trends, cultural moments, and competitive shifts that inform brand activation
- Conduct competitive benchmark analysis across the industry
- Define success metrics in collaboration with social and paid media teams
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations to improve ROI
- Integrate organic and paid performance data for unified measurement
- Develop detailed audience profiles using behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data
- Identify new audience segments and targeted engagement opportunities
- Provide audience insights to shape influencer strategy, creative concepts, and platform priorities
- Present insights to senior stakeholders to guide strategic and creative decisions
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, E-commerce, and PR teams to align KPIs and reporting structures
- Champion and embed a data-first mindset across marketing and social teams
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in social media analytics or digital insights, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Power BI
- Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement metrics, and social KPIs
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
