Job description
As Growth SEO Manager (Business) at Revolut, you will drive organic acquisition for Revolut Business by developing and executing a comprehensive B2B SEO strategy. This includes technical and on-page optimization, keyword research, content development, link-building, and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally to align SEO efforts with business goals and leverage tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to measure outcomes. Your focus will be on enhancing discoverability and engagement with Revolutās financial platform for freelancers, SMEs, and larger enterprises, across multiple markets in a fully remote environment.

- Develop and implement a B2B SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact B2B search terms.
- Implement on-page SEO including meta tags, headers, and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability and indexability issues.
- Develop SEO-friendly content targeting and converting business audiences.
- Execute link-building strategies to gain high-quality backlinks.

Experience & skills
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated SEO role focused on B2B.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Track record of delivering measurable SEO results.
- Technical SEO proficiency including site architecture and speed optimization.
- Expertise in keyword research for B2B search terms.
- Understanding of content marketing and integration with SEO.
- Experience using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Self-starting, results-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive.
