Job description
The Senior People & Process Consultant is responsible for leading organizational design, operating model development, and enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives. This role focuses on aligning people structures, governance frameworks, and operational processes with strategic business objectives. The consultant partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness, improve accountability, and establish performance governance mechanisms. The position requires strong expertise in transformation programs, process reengineering, and operating model implementation within complex, multi-functional environments.

Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize organizational structures aligned with strategic goals
- Develop RACI matrices, accountability frameworks, and governance models
- Define role clarity, reporting lines, and decision-rights structures
- Lead workforce alignment initiatives across multiple business functions
- Establish performance governance frameworks and people-related KPIs
- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) aligned with business strategy
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend restructuring initiatives
- Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes
- Implement process governance frameworks and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish process performance dashboards
- Support enterprise transformation programs through structured change management
- Facilitate executive workshops to define operating standards and improvement roadmaps
- Identify gaps in organizational and process maturity and implement corrective action plans
Experience & skills
- Minimum 11 years of experience in Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Enterprise Transformation
- Proven expertise in operating model development and workforce strategy alignment
- Strong experience leading business process reengineering initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work within complex, cross-functional organizational structures
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive alignment among senior leaders
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation and change programs
