Turnarounds at Tasnee's Jubail operation take months of preparation, and this planner sits at the centre of that work. Scope starts with TAM priority work orders extracted from SAP, which you compile into a Work List for the TAM core group to review. From there the job moves through contractor scope, PRs, job packages and the assignment of materials and services in work orders. Schedules for Pre-TAM and Execution, including decommissioning and commissioning, are built and monitored in Primavera P6, then published at least 4 months before execution. During the event itself, daily status reports, shift-based meetings and KPI tracking keep the work on course, and deviations in P-P duration are reported monthly. Closeout matters just as much, from confirming TECO and managing material returns to arranging refurbishment of spare components and equipment. A critique meeting after commissioning feeds into the TAM Closeout Report, which records inspection results and major achievements. You will need a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, at least 5 years in the maintenance field, and solid command of SAP PM with working knowledge of SAP MM and PS modules. Contractor management and project management experience complete the profile, along with a strong concern for safety.
