Job description
The Analyst, Business Excellence at ADNOC Logistics & Services supports managing business excellence procedures to allocate resources effectively, enhance contributions, and identify improvement opportunities across the Downstream Directorate. The role manages processes covering business, corporate, data, and quality management; oversees change management and internal controls; conducts benchmarking; reports on audit outcomes; organizes knowledge; and handles the management of the digitalization landscape architecture. The position further supports initiatives in innovation and enhancement, corporate quality, internal communications, and transformation management portfolios, upholding the ADNOC Integrated Management System to comply with ISO standards and overseeing audit and management action plans. Responsibilities include administering digital business engagements to promote IT integration, spearheading digital projects with various teams, outlining quality and business excellence plans aligned with ADNOC aims and future demands, researching business excellence to assess present and future needs, and contributing to innovative service delivery methods and automation prospects. The role assists governance of Business Excellence and monitors metrics for optimization efforts, supervises essential business processes, controls activities and sets quality benchmarks incorporating global best practices into ADNOCās standards, guides senior executives on resource needs for transformation initiatives, proposes strategies to develop skills across functional areas, encourages the use of commercial and economic principles for performance evaluation, coordinates with corporate communication for public launch events promoting ADNOC L&S branding, and attends Business Excellence meetings to discuss task and project updates. The minimum requirements include a Bachelorās degree in business management discipline or marine related discipline, 10 years of experience in Logistics Operation and Production activities spanning field and office experience in Production, Operations, Integrity, and Engineering, extensive operations experience including processes and mechanical systems in oil field installation, excellent knowledge of HSE aspects and requirements aligned to international standards, and professional certification CPMP (preferred).

- Suggest enhancements for business solutions and work practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Craft procedures for business excellence aligned with customer satisfaction, change management, and information management.

- Administer digital business engagements to promote IT integration and spearhead digital projects with cross-functional teams.

- Contribute to identifying automation prospects to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Assist in governing Business Excellence and monitor metrics for optimization efforts and performance improvement.
- Supervise essential business processes critical to achieving business excellence and operational targets.
- Control activities and set quality benchmarks, incorporating global best practices into ADNOC standards.
- Guide senior executives on resource needs for transformation initiatives and strategic programs.
- Propose strategies to develop skills across various functional areas to support excellence and transformation.
- Encourage the use of commercial and economic principles for performance evaluation within the Directorate.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in business management discipline or marine related discipline.
- Bring 10 years of experience in Logistics Operation and Production activities, including field and office experience in Production, Operations, Integrity, and Engineering.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in Operations, including various processes and mechanical systems in oil field installation.
- Exhibit management skills in multi-cultural environments, including interpersonal, leadership, communication, planning, decision making, and prioritization.
- Possess excellent knowledge of HSE aspects and requirements aligned with international standards.
- Apply strong understanding of business, corporate, data, and quality management, benchmarking, and audit outcomes reporting.
- Show capability in change management, internal controls, and governance of business excellence metrics.
- Demonstrate experience administering digital business engagements, promoting IT integration, and leading digital projects.
- Develop and execute quality and business excellence plans aligned with ADNOC aims and future demands.
- Preferred professional certification: CPMP (Preferred).
