- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and convert leads into successful projects while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage key client relationships including corporate clients, consultants, and contractors by understanding requirements and delivering tailored workspace and interior solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients while ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team by setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and implementing training programs to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution, including proposal development, quotations, and client presentations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management while analyzing sales data to identify improvement opportunities and drive revenue optimization.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems to maintain accurate sales records, track opportunities, and support structured sales process management across all accounts.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is required for this role.
- 6–10 years of experience in sales or business development within furniture, interior design, or related B2B project-based industries.
- Proven experience managing B2B clients and handling complex project-based sales cycles from lead generation to project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to guide, motivate, and develop sales teams toward achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for engaging with senior clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of office furniture products, interior solutions, and commercial workspace requirements.
- Experience in CRM systems, sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with capability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
