Job description
The Safety Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is responsible for managing the day-to-day safety and security operations of the property. This includes overseeing personnel, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and hotel assets, and supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of all safety and security policies, procedures, and standards in line with Four Seasons expectations. The role involves accurately documenting and reporting incidents related to safety, security, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements. The Safety Supervisor ensures a secure environment across all hotel operations, including food and beverage, events, spa, and wellness facilities, maintaining compliance with established safety protocols.

- Oversee daily safety and security operations across the hotel property
- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and standards
- Document and report all safety, security, liability, and insurance-related incidents
- Supervise personnel in safety, lifesaving, and property protection roles
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and hotel protocols
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure safety in dining, events, spa, and wellness areas
- Support continuous improvement of safety and security processes
- Ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets
Experience & skills
- Proven experience supervising personnel in safety, lifesaving, or property protection environments, including managing teams in high-pressure or high-traffic settings
- Previous experience in police, security, or safety operations, with a track record of enforcing regulations and maintaining safety standards
- Certification and practical experience in CPR, First Aid, firefighting, and crowd control, demonstrating readiness to handle emergencies efficiently
- Strong knowledge of safety and security protocols relevant to luxury hospitality environments, including risk assessment and hazard prevention
- Ability to assess, document, and report incidents accurately, ensuring compliance with insurance and liability requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, including writing reports, providing instructions to team members, and liaising with guests and management
- Demonstrated capacity to train, mentor, and supervise safety staff, fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the hotel
- Capacity to respond to emergencies, adapt to shifting priorities, and implement corrective actions in real time to maintain a secure environment
