Job description
As a Trackworks Project Manager at Alstom in Riyadh, you will lead and coordinate complex rail and track infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution in line with contractual requirements and company standards. The role requires collaboration with engineering, procurement, and operations teams while overseeing Quality, Cost, Delivery, Planning (QCDP) and ensuring compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards. You will manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive project results while protecting Alstomās legal and contractual interests.

Key responsibilities
- Drive execution of trackworks projects to meet contractual obligations and maximize cash and margin.
- Ensure compliance with project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) and EHS standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, motivating members to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project reporting, communication, and updates for all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure Alstomās legal and contractual rights are maintained and protected.
- Propose opportunities for additional value creation to Customer Director or Platform.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with contractual and financial management principles.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for achieving project excellence in QCDP and EHS.
