Job description
The Capacity Management Monitoring Team Leader at Riyad Bank is responsible for delivering high-quality Business Technology support by leading the eyes-on-glass monitoring team and implementing end-to-end monitoring frameworks across network, business technology infrastructure, and banking applications. The role focuses on improving customer-facing services availability, performance, and reliability through continuous monitoring, process automation, and performance optimization. The position involves enrolling new systems, applications, and business processes into monitoring tools, ensuring operational efficiency, and identifying malfunctions in automated systems. The role also includes developing detection mechanisms, implementing automation opportunities, and improving banking operational processes. The team leader ensures adherence to departmental policies, manages monitoring operations, coordinates with technical teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities also include preparing departmental reports, participating in committees, building relationships with technical stakeholders, and managing team performance including objectives, appraisals, and development plans. The role also contributes to training and development of Saudi nationals while ensuring service excellence, risk management, and operational performance improvements across business technology infrastructure.

- Identify system malfunctions and coordinate resolution with technical teams before escalation

Experience & skills
- Experience leading monitoring or IT operations teams in banking or technology environments
- Knowledge of network, infrastructure, and application monitoring frameworks
- Experience implementing automation and monitoring tools
- Ability to manage production systems monitoring and incident detection
- Experience in performance monitoring and capacity management
- Strong understanding of IT operations and business technology support
