Job description
The Specialist β Logistics Centers role at Red Sea Global operates within the Operations Division under the Supply Chain and Logistics Department and supports the efficient daily operation of logistics and distribution centers. The role covers inbound, receiving, picking, outbound, dispatch, and inventory control activities, ensuring accurate execution of warehouse system transactions, inventory integrity, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position coordinates closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to maintain productivity, service levels, cost control, and safe warehouse operations. Responsibilities include system and physical stock reconciliation, cycle counting, variance investigation, monitoring of material handling and lifting equipment, maintaining housekeeping standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and working shifts or weekends as required by operational demand.

Key responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate inbound, receiving, picking, outbound, and dispatch activities in accordance with operational plans and SOPs
- Verify, document, and post all warehouse transactions accurately within WMS and ERP systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through system execution, cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations
- Perform reconciliations between physical stock and system records and escalate discrepancies
- Monitor and support control of material lifting and handling equipment, reporting losses, damages, or safety issues
- Coordinate and monitor daily activities of third-party logistics warehouse staff ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organization, and warehouse discipline
- Comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements including participation in safety briefings and incident reporting
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
- Work shifts and weekends as required by operational requirements
Experience & skills
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution center operations
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operational processes including inbound, picking, outbound, and inventory workflows
- Working knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory management practices
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and third-party logistics providers
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in physical and system-based tasks
- Awareness of health, safety, and regulatory compliance within warehouse environments
