Job description
Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team in Saudi Arabia, focusing on aligning people strategies with business goals. This role involves supporting HR initiatives such as talent development, organizational change, compensation, and employee relations within the Mobility business unit. The HRBP will work closely with executive leadership, coaching them and contributing to change management processes while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities
- Drive implementation of effective P&O programs including People Development, Compensation & Benefits, Succession Planning, and Retention
- Collaborate with global and regional P&O teams to align people strategies
- Build strong relationships with country management teams through consultation and leadership
- Support policy optimization, labor relations practices, and process improvements
- Engage in organizational decision-making across sales, service, and support functions
- Identify needs and lead change management initiatives regarding workforce and culture
- Support and develop local people strategies aligned with company goals
- Enable talent development and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Coach senior executives for improved leadership effectiveness
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or engineering-related company
- Strong stakeholder and team management capabilities
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior leadership
- In-depth knowledge of mobility or related sectors
- Experience with aligning HR strategy to business goals
- High intercultural sensitivity and professional communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
