Job description
The Financial Analyst (Value-In-Kind) role is a key position responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting the financial performance of non-cash contributions and partnership activities. Based in Dubai, the analyst will ensure accurate transaction recording, compliance with accounting standards, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, procurement, and legal to track and optimize the value of Value-In-Kind (VIK) contributions. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, financial acumen, and attention to detail to evaluate the performance of VIK agreements, identify risks, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, conducting ad hoc analysis, supporting compliance and risk management, assisting with budgeting and forecasting for VIK-related transactions, and improving financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have 3ā5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or corporate strategy, along with advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion or TM1 is advantageous. The role operates in a hybrid work environment and requires the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality analysis under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee accurate recording and reporting of Value-In-Kind (VIK) transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports that provide insights into VIK performance and alignment with business goals
- Analyze financial data and key metrics to deliver actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making
- Monitor and evaluate VIK partnership agreements to ensure delivery of expected financial and operational value
- Support VIK-related compliance and risk management activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with marketing, procurement, legal, and other departments to manage and track VIK partnerships
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models related to VIK creation, inventory, and consumption
- Monitor financial performance of VIK contributions against budget targets and analyze variances
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials for internal and external stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 3ā5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel and report presentation using PowerPoint
- Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion or TM1 is beneficial but not required
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience preparing financial reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
