The Financial Analyst (Value-In-Kind) role is a key position responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting the financial performance of non-cash contributions and partnership activities. Based in Dubai, the analyst will ensure accurate transaction recording, compliance with accounting standards, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, procurement, and legal to track and optimize the value of Value-In-Kind (VIK) contributions. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, financial acumen, and attention to detail to evaluate the performance of VIK agreements, identify risks, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, conducting ad hoc analysis, supporting compliance and risk management, assisting with budgeting and forecasting for VIK-related transactions, and improving financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or corporate strategy, along with advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion or TM1 is advantageous. The role operates in a hybrid work environment and requires the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality analysis under tight deadlines.
