Job description

The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Corporate Mobility services within Saudi Arabia and serves as the Mobility Country Advisor in Riyadh. Responsibilities include managing escalations and providing local context through close collaboration with the DL MU/Country MSL and immigration specialists, as well as building strategic and enduring relationships with key corporate function and business leaders in the country. The advisor provides stakeholder education as needed, with a specific focus on GCP strategy where applicable. The position requires expert-level knowledge of mobility regulations in Saudi Arabia, including immigration requirements, QIWA, GOSI, social security, SEC/SOCPA registration, and Saudization analysis to meet organizational standards. The role establishes proactive engagement with the largest projects in the country, acting as a strategic advisor to service and client groups through periodic data-driven discussions. The advisor must be a Saudi national holding a bachelor’s degree in a related field and possessing knowledge of local immigration regulations, business operations management, stakeholder management, global mobility, customer service management and client service.
