Job description
IBM is hiring a Brand Partner Specialist – Automation Platform in Riyadh to drive adoption and co-selling of IBM’s automation solutions with ecosystem partners. The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, activating enablement plans, and supporting co-marketing and go-to-market strategies. The specialist will act as a trusted advisor to assigned “Sell” partners, helping them identify opportunities, develop solutions, and increase IBM brand adoption. The position requires deep expertise in technology partner offerings, proven co-selling success, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities
- Engage local and digital sales teams, marketing, and technical resources to activate joint go-to-market plans
- Develop partner plans identifying growth areas, revenue objectives, and enablement goals
- Act as trusted advisor to partners, building strong professional relationships
- Activate partner capabilities by implementing enablement, co-marketing strategies, and leveraging promotions
- Collaborate with IBM teams to co-create demos and prototypes showcasing IBM solutions
- Negotiate and secure partner commitment to IBM solutions while maintaining relationships
- Influence partner sales and technical leads to prioritize IBM offerings over competitors
- Support co-selling engagements with partners in front of their clients
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expertise in building and going to market with technology partner sales offerings
- Proven, successful history of co-selling with partners in front of clients
- Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships across all levels
- Track record of consistently achieving targets with and through others
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and prioritize group outcomes
- Experience in negotiation and securing commitment from partners and clients
