Job description
Revenue growth across corporate, government and MICE segments drives this Sales Manager role at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. Sales strategies and action plans get built and rolled out across multiple properties, aimed squarely at hitting revenue targets. You'll lead a sales team, keeping members motivated and productive while tracking market trends and competitor activity for new growth opportunities. Key accounts stay central to the work, with regular client meetings, presentations and site inspections used to showcase what the hotel offers. Industry events, trade shows and networking functions add another channel for promoting the property, alongside proactive outreach into corporate, government and MICE business. Proposals get prepared and delivered directly to clients, and contracts get negotiated once needs are understood. Marketing and Operations both stay in the loop, since meeting customer needs and sales targets takes coordination across departments. You're expected to communicate confidently in Arabic and English, keeping sales data, customer information and reports accurate and current. Hilton Worldwide Brand Standards run through every client interaction, and product knowledge across the hotel needs to be sharp enough to present its unique selling points with confidence.
