Job description
The Project Manager ā Show (Theme Parks) will lead the end-to-end development and delivery of a flagship, technically advanced immersive entertainment spectacle within a mega-development near Riyadh, managing the full lifecycle from early design through construction and final handover. The role defines and manages show-related timelines, budgets, scope, and documentation; drafts EOIs, PQQs, RFPs, and technical proposals; and coordinates internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of creative vision, infrastructure, and cutting-edge systems including immersive projection mapping, AV systems, special effects (SFX), show control systems, and media. The Project Manager assesses and mitigates risks, prioritizes tasks, runs team check-ins, and provides regular progress updates to leadership, clients, and partners while managing client and IP relationships to maintain alignment with design intent and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include collaborating with discipline leads on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; ensuring construction plans reflect design intent, constructability, methodology, HSE standards, and delivery strategy; working closely with contractors to deliver scope to time and budget; resolving gaps or conflicts between design documentation and contract requirements; and monitoring technical interfaces and dependencies across systems. Experience leading complex show and entertainment projects in theme parks or location-based entertainment environments, managing multiple projects, applying appropriate digital tools for scope/schedule/budget/resource control, and understanding scripts, show technologies, media, and show control is required, with knowledge of show and entertainment design, engineering, and safety standards preferred, and familiarity with water-based show technologies highly beneficial.

- Provide regular project updates to leadership, clients, and partners, tracking progress against milestones and flagging risks with recommended mitigations.
- Manage client and IP relationships to ensure alignment with design intent, contractual obligations, and approvals throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with discipline leads to monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation and to optimize delivery sequencing and interfaces.
- Ensure construction plans reflect design intent, constructability, methodology, HSE standards, and the overall delivery strategy.

- Show proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively control scope, schedule, budget, and resources using appropriate digital project management tools.
- Exhibit prior experience managing a Show team and strong understanding of scripts, show technologies, media, and show control systems.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of show and entertainment design, engineering, and safety standards, with understanding of water-based show technologies considered highly beneficial.
