Commercial and micro-business clients across Dubai bank with ADCB's Retail Banking Group, and this Senior Relationship Manager wins new ones and grows existing relationships. Onboarding starts with financial analysis and accurate credit applications, so clients get a smooth start and profitable transactions follow. Alternate channels and value-added services are offered where they fit client needs, lifting transaction volumes across the portfolio. Each client has a dossier giving a 360-degree view of current and future needs. Regular client visits keep risk profiles current, and approving authorities hear promptly about any changes. Service standards apply to every internal and external interaction, alongside the bank's policies and procedures. At least 5 years managing client relationships and portfolios is required, along with solid knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is expected, and the position is offered on a 3-year fixed-term contract with variable pay.
