Job description
The Specialty Leasing Executive will be responsible for generating and maximizing income through the commercialization of non-retail areas at Doha Festival City Mall. This includes implementing competitive specialty leasing initiatives and managing relationships with external organizations, event organizers, and specialty leasing operators. The role contributes directly to the overall revenue targets of the Specialty Leasing department and ensures efficient operations and retail standards across assigned zones.

Key responsibilities
- Implementation of Specialty Leasing Plan
- Business Development
- Retail Presentation Standards
- Effective relationship management with the Clients
- Forecasting potential revenue within the area of operation (e.g. zone 4 etc) for the Specialty Leasing
- Administration
- Effective Management and storage of SL equipment inventory (like RMUās, Display material etc)
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree
- Qualification in Sales and Marketing would be an advantage
- 3ā5 years of Sales and Marketing background, in a similar field, or in the sales side of a Media / Events Management company / Mall Leasing / Property development
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Highly proficient in computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and email
- Experience with management software such as YARDI
- Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Team player and self-motivated
- Ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity
