Job description
The Consultant – Strategy and Market Intelligence at Frost & Sullivan will lead modules or small project teams focused on developing strategic insights and market intelligence for clients across key industries. The role combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking to help clients identify growth opportunities, shape business strategies, and respond to disruptive market trends. The position involves managing research efforts, building Excel-based models, developing client-ready reports, and supporting business development initiatives, while ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across deliverables.

Key responsibilities
- Lead a module of work or small project team (1–2 members) to deliver strategic consulting projects
- Conduct detailed market research and gather intelligence from both secondary sources and industry stakeholders
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights for clients’ strategic and business planning objectives
- Develop Excel-based models such as market sizing, demand forecasting, and strategic attractiveness assessments
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including industry reports, competitor profiles, and strategic presentations
- Ensure error-free, timely delivery of work aligned with Frost & Sullivan’s quality standards
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and participating in client pitches
- Monitor and analyze market trends, technological disruptions, and emerging business models
- Collaborate with global teams to develop thought leadership and innovative client solutions
- Engage with mid-level client management to build relationships and ensure project satisfaction
Experience & skills
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, market intelligence, or strategic planning roles, ideally within top-tier consulting firms or relevant industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (mandatory); MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and model building
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in technology, industrial, or energy sectors is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to link operational findings to strategic business recommendations
